User Review for Siemens SL65
Poor after-sale service
Mar 24, 2006Rating: 2 out of 10 (Terrible)
Pros: Unique design
Cons: Horrifying after-sale service, extremely long repair period
Opinion:
I got the phone in last August, but was broken down barely 5 months later. I sent it to the repair centre in Singapore, which was to be the start of a frustrating experience. Initially they said that the repair period would be 1-3 days, but later they changed it to 2-4 weeks, and yet after 2-and-half months now, they still can't repair it. When I asked them when exactly my phone could be repaired, they could not give me a definite answer and instead asked me to wait further. When I asked them to loan me a replacement phone, they could not do it. And when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they quickly turned abrasive. Worst of all, they never sounded apologising throughout the entire process. I am utterly dissapointed, and that explains my rating of this phone.
