The poor battery life is so because too many users take the fone's words for e truth. Well, a Moto staff informed mi tat the battery life could be extended by charging e fone for 4-5 hours instead of the usual 2 hours (before the fone tells us e battery is completely charged). Granted it's irritating, especially when the charge takes long and time is not a luxury. Moto staff are generally courteous but the problem is tat their product knowledge is not sufficient to answer most questions competently (the battery life question an exception). Perhaps Moto should provide users with a custom-made screen protector or condom (for fones), for I agree that e screen is too easily scratched. Or lower the price for a replacement screen.
