Hi, it comes with all the necessary functions. including WIFI, just like bold 1.the only difference is better media, smaller, trackpad for better navigations.
i think it should be around 500+ for singtel 2 yrs plan.
im not sure when will it come to sg i want to find out too.
as for nokia e72, i thinkit shld be one of the best nokia so far, well nokias are known for user friendiness, e72 looks gd, shld be easy to use.
but personally,
i prefer blackberries, much more powerful, efficient, advanced especially when tweaked.
your choice :) both r gd.
Looking forward to Bold 9700 launch

I have always wanted a good business phone to handle my emails and appointments well.Got the iPhone last year and though I have no complaints of it, it is not really a business phone, more of an entertainment device with phone function.
Looking forward to the launch of the Bold 9700 but do not know when is it going to be.
size doesn't matter in this case

we all are aware of the great bright screen of bold series. Like first bold , this one also comes with great screen interface though it's screen might be smaller compare with the previous one . But, hey it's sexy, it's has total business factor in it , it has a navigation pad unlike the first bold which might get useless after using for 2 to 3 years due to the collection of dirt and the ball will become useless . blacberry 9700 way to go but it's a little pricey so wait for the price to jump down a bit ;DBold missin out on EDGE

If you guys have gone through the specifications of the bold 9700, it is a very class phone by all means. Better than 9000, sporting smaller footprint, optical trackpad and sleeker design. The only thing bold misses out is exclusion of EDGE from the network configuration.
Well its surprising, it has also omitted 802.11.a from wi-fi config, keeping 802.11.b and 802.11.g. Well it does not affect wi-fi performance, but omitting EDGE does.
If 3g/hsdpa networks are not available, the mobile is jumping straight to slower GPRS connections, reducing the speeds drastically.
What do you want to say about this RIM?
