who makes the phone?

im sure im not alone in wanting to know who "actually" makes this tag heuer phone. i dont think we're expected to believe they actually built a full-on mobile phone factory to make one line of overpriced cellphones. so, we know Nokia makes Vertu, LG had the Prada phone, etc. this is just another fashion phone. but who's phone is it REALLY? if we're gonna spend that kind of cash on a phone we'd wanna know what we're really getting. much like (at least in the old days) when you used to buy a Gucci, Calvin Klein or other fashion brand watch if you looked inside or snooped around you'd often find it was a rebranded Seiko. i dont think ANYONE believes fashion houses are actually manufacturing phones, much as you'd have to be a fool to think that Armani (or even Mont Blanc) has a watch factory somewhere. these are merely brand extensions. you dont build your own factory for a brand extension.
