Go to Settings->System->Regional Settings. Set it to English (Australia).

I've been looking to buy a new phone and the LG KS 20 was recommended. Unfortunately, though it advertised on the local mobile phone operators websites, in the shop windows in English, the LG KS20 with an english operating system is not available. Go to Settings > system > Regional Settings and set to English United Kingdom (currency u might wanna change to $ too )
