Battery Life

This beauty seems to have a severe issue with the battery life, this really puts a break on your mobility. any other users have the same problem ....

Only because i was playing with it for the first two week, trying all the function and using the camera. Therefor, the battery's life seems shorter. But after that it feels the same as the other phone.

may be its not an apple to apple comparison
compared to k610,k630(really no idea about W960, which has abig screen too)viewty battery life is pathetic.
i got a battery replacement last week. the first battery lasted just 1/2 a day and with the new one its slightly better (1 day) with low to moderate usage.

Is the Pink beauty coming out in Singapore???

I have heared from Cnet that the Pink Beauty might arrive in Singapore in april, so I really want to know if the supposedly rumour is true as i wanted to purchase the silver one but if teh pink one is coming to town, I'd rather wait. Please inform me of the authencity of the rumour as I do not want to waste time.

hey there, LG is still unable to confirm whether the pink Viewty will be available in Singapore (or any other countries in our region).. but if it do come, it will be this month or the next..

For those of you who are complaining about the battery life, try the N95. Anyway, if you have a magnet in your pouch, case or somewhere nearby, it will drain the battery at least 33% faster. This was a first hand experience. My battery lasted about an hour more than the 8 hour continuous music playing spree I've placed it on.

When I placed it on light duty, just a few calls and pick-ups, the full charge will last me almost 3-4 days.

Actually there's a very comprehensive Viewty and Secret blog, at viewty-resource.blogspot.com

There are several tips on optimizing the screen resolution for the viewty screen, as well as some other application downloads and game downloads as well. In fact, when I first received my viewty, I wasn't able to connect to Google Maps. A visit to the blog got it up and running. High recommended.

For the phone manual download, try ww.lostmymanual.org which is another free site that lists all the user guides and manuals of all phone models you can possibly conceive. Impressive, I must say.
