The keyboard for the w910i is not as fragile as that of the S500i or the W580i.
This, IMHO, is due to the structure of they keypad.
one is vertically aligned, and the other is horizontally aligned.

There is no touchscreen feature for this phone. Perhaps you're referring to the W960i instead? asia.cnet.com...
