I am planning to get the dopod C500 or a dopod 838 pro. I am not a techno person, basically I like a simple phone and especially the slide out key pad of this phone.My friend who knows me well is against me getting a PDA phone (ie dopod 838 pro or O2 zinc). they said with the technical knowledge i have , i would be a shame to this dedicated equipment! hahahaha
I am working as a tour manager and i travel a lot.
I dun want get an expensive phone model (ie N900) in case i lost it then i sim tia (heart pain)!!!!!
My wish is a phone that:
Enable me to use simple words files, as i need to read some of the note to polish up my commentaries during the tours.
Simple Excel, I need this feature to do simple accounting.
And very important!!!!
A solid DATABASE!!!! for me to store all my overseas and passengers' contacts and to sync with my notebook which acts as my backup.
I have a phobia as long long time ago, i uses palm (not handphone) to store the above infor and to my horror, the mnachine hang and i am left with NO contacts during my tour, it was a nightmare!
I really really want a good equipment, preferably not flashy or expensive.
