Using WMP

I have a problem when using the headphones using direct connect. Anyone can help make sure that when a voice call comes in it won't be so faint that I almost can't hear the caller.

would appreciate if anyone could help, especially how to snychronise with the PC. it seems that the 838 pro get jammed after dtection, i could not received incoming call, the message on the pc show disconnect however the 838 pro shows connected. how to fix this problem?
