How to browse the Internet

I just bought the O2 XDA ATOM and would like to know, when using the built-in Microsoft Intenet Explorer, how to select Wi-Fi or GPRS type of connections.

I bought Xda Atom 1 years back and its a good phone. To browse also easy. I rated it 6. But now I change another card I forgotten my pin number. How can I unlock it.
