best tv for money

Pros: nice design, good quality
Cons: nothing that i think of.
Opinion:
sleek design, good color defined and well distributed. very crisp especialy if you are using hdmi. fantastic i've been a loyal sony user (somehow stereotype)until being satisfied with my computer;s samsung lcd monitors, i said to myself why not try a different brand. i'm very happy. before i buy any gadget it takes me a month of daily scrutiny before i decide and this one is worth every minute of it.

Cons: can't merely think of any....
Opinion:
though lacking the 1080p capabilities, you'll hardly notice the difference if coupled with some future-proofed HiDef gizmos out in the market. use it wisely & have fun!

 

THe best all round 1080i package on the market

Pros: Ergonnomic dedsign, lot's of inputs, easy to use with great picture
Cons: average tuner performance.
Opinion:
I think htat this is the best all round 1080i TV on the market. IT has 3 HDMi inputs, side inputs for AV and S-vindeo Plus HDMi, swivel base etc. Plus it not only performs brilliantly, it also looks great in any lounge - this is what makes this TV stands out from it's "square" competitors.

 

Design & Quality?

Pros: Very unique deisgn come with good picture quality
Cons: Sound is not as fantastic as the design
Opinion:
Personally i do not own this set but i m following closely on the movement on LCD TV. With current price of RM6399 (Malaysia) its indeed a worth buying LCD TV. I rate at 9/10 due to the cons on the sound quality. 40V300 on the other hand (RM6999) has a good picture quality (at par with 40R8) with the advantage of Good Sound Quality i will still go with 40R8 which is more trendy design.

Cons: questionble picture quality
Opinion:
I had a Sony 46X200 in the living room and this Samsung Bordeaux+ for the bedroom.

Playing PS3 Ridge Racer on the Samsung is really nice. However, watching CURSE OF THE GOLDEN FLOWER on Blu-Ray on the Samsung yielded mix results.

Being 1080i, one can feel the software is interlacing too hard, too much noise for dark or night scene whereby the Sony 46X200 handle this perfectly.

I'm selling this Samsung and going Full HD for my bedroom now =)
