CNET Asia Review
8.9
out of 10View score
The bad: Soft PC text; 1080i-only component-video; fixed stand; no front/side HDMI.
The bottom line: The Pioneer Kuro KRP-500A gets our stamp of approval in the audio-visual department, plus an Editors' Choice for its relatively pocket-friendly pricing.

Sep 26, 2009Rating: 10 out of 10 (Perfect)
Pros: external receiver , superd speaker.
Cons: price~~~~~
Opinion:
natural 3D black for Blu-ray discs, color of background more accurate on red, green and blue. The receiver is very suitable on this model for their last model which help KRP500 picture quality perfect , speaker improve a lot compair previous model.
LCD or LED still cannot catch up of the natural black or pioneer KRP500. Hope pioneer wont stop their plasma on market
