The bad: Average styling; thin-sounding speakers.
The bottom line: The no-frills Toshiba A37A3000E may be a plain Jane, but it promises outstanding picture quality at a very affordable and attractive pricing.

Good price for such a great LCD!!
Sep 11, 2007Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Nice standard definition reproduction, wiht hdmi 1.3, great colour, dvd with component hook on looks great.
Cons: Video quality suffers if connect using composite (yellow) video connection, very bass shy, remote control too simple, only single hdmi, no native widescreen for computer connected throuhg vga.
Opinion:
This is one of the best of those entry-level LCD that came out the market. Price is significantly lower compare to other makes, while offering connection and features that are suffice for normal users. Although it doesn't support true native widescreen resolution with vga connection, computer output still looks great! And standard definition tv programmes looks great too! matt black surface doesn't attract dust and smudges, and it comes with a nicely designed stand! One HDMI socket is the only complain i have, but still, it's a HDMI 1.3. Picture quality surpass those which are midrange or even higher end LCD. REALLY recommend it for those who wants to get their bang out of their bucks.
I rate this a very good buy !!
