Opinion:
Purchased one 4 hours ago, got it home took it out of the box ,attached base ,plugged it in to my sat receiver turned it on and nothing happened,they do have good customer support,talked to a tech and within 5 minutes determined that it was dead with no menu or channel indication just a blue screen. I will exchange it .I rate this based on the specs and the 2 working samples that I viewed in the store last night.
