The bad: Above-average video scalar; soft PC text; fixed pedestal stand.
The bottom line: If you have a soft spot for LCD TVs, the Sony Bravia KLV-46X200A is a panel that's hard to beat with its fine aesthetics and impressive HD performance.

Alpha TV
Jul 10, 2007Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Fantastic PQ
Cons: 2 HDMI and you need to upgrade all your AV to take advantage of it
Opinion:
I got my set on the last days of June, and it came bundled with a free PS3. After investing in 2 HDMI cables, 1 for PS3 and 1 for Starhub HD Cable. TV Viewing is never the same again . . .
Although my PS3 plays blu-ray and upscale the DVD, but the problem is Region 3 DVD only. Grrr . . . Now I wanna invest in a Blu-ray Region Free Player.
The Remote is nice looking, but I'm a bit confused by it, ok, i hate reading User Manual, just not my style. It took me a while to figure out why some key presses doesnt work as it should, its because its either I'm in DVD mode or TV mode. Pressing those dedicated DVD / TV button solved the mystery.
The Sounds Quality while playing PS3 is very good and loud enough to feel the excitement of Ridge Racing 7 =)

Current needs exceed expectations
Jan 19, 2007Rating: 10 out of 10 (Perfect)
Pros: Excellent audio and video quality
Cons: A little pricey but still worth the money for the quality
Opinion:
Before my purchase, I compared the quality of the 46X200A Bravia TV with the lastest from Samsung's F7 and Sharp's G7. Sony Bravia was a clear leader when comparing apples for apples (using same dvd player and disc). No other tv comes close in terms of satisfaction and one does not have to worry about not having a good stereo sound system as the audio quality is the best I've ever come across. Of course, I wish the price was cheaper but you don't buy a Mercedes for nothing - the Sony brand says something and I'm glad their LCD tv's have not disappointed at all.
