User Review for LG 32LC7R (32-inch LCD)

LG LCD TV is good!

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Wide viewing angle, Super-IPS panel, high contrast, non-glossy screen
Cons: poor sound
Opinion:
I would highly recommend it. Share with you how I choose this LG LCD TV. 1) When you are choosing, try to see the skin color at the video(request it if it didn't show). This LG model gives you a very real and natural skin color unlike others that give a very reflective skin color. You try to look at the skin where the sun shine onto the skin that reflect light. 2) Another one is the sea water video. I notice most LCDs display blue color sea water but LG and another brand(I don't remember) shows a bit greenish instead of blue. This should be the true color of the sea water. Try to search in internet for pictures of sea water and you will see that around 90% of the pictures of the sea water are gresnish color because of the organic in the water. If the sea water is blue color then the water do not have any organic. This is how I how I choose.

The LCD display very good quality picture for normal TV program which I think because of 5ms response. The viewing angle is very wide and does not change color looking at the side. This is a IPS panel which the panel is hard unlike soft panel that you can write onto it. If you have kids at home then you might really think about it. The sound quality is for nornal watching TV program but if they give the gifts like HTS then it would solve your poor sound quality problem. Well, you may consider to purchase a calibration disc in order to fine tune your LCD TV as it will even bring out the best quality because factory setting is not the best setting. I would highly recommend this model.

Last advise, is trust yourself instead of sales person. If they show you that this LCD is not good then you have to see the setting on brighteness, contrast, color and sharpness level. They may adjust till the quility is not good. A rather guide is all the levels are around 50% +/- except the sharpness should be around 10% but this may not apply to all LCD TV. This is all the advise I can give and my own experience. Judge by yourself.
