User Review for Panasonic Viera TH-42PV500H (42-inch plasma)
Best TV among all Plasma and LCD
Feb 16, 2006Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Real "black" can be found, I like HDMI
Cons: Has the issue of "burn in" solved?
Opinion:
I bought this model in Hong Kong in last October at a price of HK$28,000 (with a gift of panasonic 5.1 theatre). Two built-in TV turners included. I can play PSII games and watch the TV news at the same time. Thatis terrific!
Especially, I like to play "Star War III" DVD using a HDMI DVD player on this TV which support HDMI. The smooth movement of picture, excellent color saturation, high contrast resolution and the 5.1 surround sound made me feel watching a movie in a real movie house.
If panasonic can confirm that the common issue of "burnt in" in plasma TV has been solved in this plasma TV, I would be more comfortable to play PSII games using this Plasma TV.
