Is it Full HD or not?

i read the full specs here on cnet asia that it is just HD-ready, but it is full HD on the official sharp indonesia website. Which is true?

This is very important because im really looking for a full HD panel and like this specific model a lot..
i was wondering if there's information error here on cnet asia.

The A83 is a full-HD panel. Thanks for spotting the typo, we will update the specs accordingly. Another way to determine that is via the native resolution. Anything that's beyond 1,920 x 1,080 is full-HD-ready. Cheers.

Further Burning Questions about the Specs!

Due to little review about this product on the net and "can't be trusted" vendor here in Indonesia, i would like to ask :

1) Is it true it cant receive 1080P signal? or it cant receive 1080P24 signal? I'm confused..This certainly affect while playing PS3?..

2) The 4ms response time, is it really 4ms?

3) On your review about the poor HD upscaling on the 46" of the same model, does this apply to the 42"?

4) What will happen after 60,000 hours?

and lastly, do you think I should buy this in terms of quality n price??Or would you suggest another??

Your opinion is very much appreciated, Thx Phil!

HDMI version

I have a question about HDMI version of Sharp Aquos LC-42A83M. Is it 1.3a? Cheers
