Too bad it can't work for me...

Pros: overall phenomenal video performance...
Cons: very low light output and no 1080p24sf via digital video path
Opinion:
The very sad part is that this otherwise phenomenal projector cannot be used with larger screens than 8 foot widths (mine is a 12 foot wide, scope-ratioed affair located in a large room), which renders it unusable--I will not compromise image size!
Perhaps Sony's next overhead SXRD video display design can address all the weaknesses that ails the VPL-VW100 "Ruby" projector...
