Lamp issues

Opinion:
Overall, the projector exceeds every expectation. However, the lamp failed with less than 125 hours and BenQ has been unable to provide a replacement for over 7 (SEVEN) weeks. The customer service and support are the worst I've encountered. Great projector, poor support.
