LG HB954SP home theater system - Cannot play VCD

Cons: Cannot play VCD;
Opinion:
Very humiliating experience shopping for LG LG HB954SP home theater system in Mustafa Centre. LG HB954SP currently seems to offer a DVD player which can be used to play VCD. This fact was not disclosed by the LG sales Rep in Mustafa Centre when I was there between 3-5pm. I read the CNET review and returned back at 8pm and thought, I was lucky to find a brochure with offer for LG DVD Micro or LG DVD portable player or 6mths free BR rental. I requested for the DVD Micro offer, but the LG rep responded rudely that there was no stock. Though Mustafa sales rep tried to convince him. I found this to be a very humiliating experience. Wonder what can of product support LG is going to provide in Singapore. The product is Made in Indonesia.
