The bad: Expensive; dearth of HDMI or other video connectivity means your TV will need to handle video-switching duties; setup may need some tweaking for optimal sound.
The bottom line: While it's a bit lean on features, Denon's compact DHT-FS3 delivers big room-filling sound.

Rude and unprofessional services from D&M
Jul 21, 2008Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: Learnt my lesson, don't get products from D&M
Cons: Bad and rude services
Opinion:
Just called D&M S'pore, they service staff (Gan) was rude and unprofessional considering that the goods are of high quality. He kept saying that they have informed the shop of the proper action and would do a 1 to 1 exchange only next week, but I was told by the shop (authorised dealer) that they would only exchange for the head unit. When I requested for a black and white to state that they would exchange the unit, Gan got impatient and was rude and kept iterating that they represented D&M. To which I replied then why was the unit a poor set when I recieved it in the 1st place.
Learnt my lesson. Do get from a better distributo, say BOSE ATLAS?
Questionable Product Quality from Denon and D&M
Jul 21, 2008Rating: 2 out of 10 (Terrible)
Pros: Good sound
Cons: Questionable product quality
Opinion:
Tested this system and the new S302. Finaaly, got the S302 and the sound was fantastic in my room, better then the BOSE. Anyway, I realized that the rubber around the PLAY button was chipped and had the headset sent back for exchange, only to be told that the system may have been used as the input/output jacks were worn out. However, D&M Denon was only willing to change the headset, not the entire system (I lost confidence that the entire system is new).
Makes me wonder why was a low quality product even packed and what a service provided by D&M. This is really detrimental to Denon's established brand and quality.
Really disappointing...Beware too, the service and product quality are really bad for such a up-notch product...
