The bad: Main remote isn't intuitive, although included simpler remote can be used; user interface could use some tweaks; graphical user interface crashed a few times; poor 1080i deinterlacing.
The bottom line: The Denon AVR-3808 A/V receiver is absolutely packed with functionality and sounds great, but you'll need to be an A/V geek to unlock all its potential.

Perfect HD A/V Receiver by DENON
Jul 31, 2008Rating: 10 out of 10 (Perfect)
Pros: Denon quality receiver with plenty of HDMI inputs and GUI interface
Cons: None
Opinion:
If you're interested in the latest high-definition video players from Blu-ray and HD-DVD then Denon's AVR-3808 is equipped with all you need to enjoy next generation home cinema. HD film scores sound sensational but you can get better stereo musicality for your money
