The company was particularly instrumental in the optical disc players business with a strong lineup dating back to the late 1970s. Pros: Good surround effect and sound quality.
Cons: remote Not user friendly

I have used for classics and pop music on DVD and it has a superb sound reproduction.

fine appearens with great features, nice playing with Pioneer's best Blu-ray disc payer BD70a and for all music formats the allround player DV-LX50
