Its predecessor hts8100 A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

I bought a HTS8100 last jan 2008 and its been a big disappointment. The problem comes with playing a DVD. It does not matter what cable is used, HDMI or RGB. Everytime I play a DVD, the unit produces just sound but no picture, so I have a uplug the unit, wait ten seconds or so, replug it, turn it on and only then will the DVD produce a picture. My TV is a Philips LCDTV 42 inch 1080p, so I am absolutely sure its should be compatible with this Ambisound player. I have no complain with the terrific sound it produces just the annoying DVD picture problem.Jump to page: [1]
