This is among the best compact wireless-networking devices available.

While it's not as slick as Apple TV and its performance isn't flawless, the Netgear EVA8000's awesome array of features should delight tech-savvy digital media hounds.

If it played DivX and XviD, the EZ-Stream would have been an awesome big-screen supplement. As it stands, this premium-priced media server's solid audio feature makes it a suitable replacement for the mini-combo instead of the DVD player.
