Step 2: Enable the share Right-click the printer you want to set up for sharing, and choose Sharing. The print share setup screen appears. Give the printer a name (something short) and if you want, a brief description. Printer names should be descriptive, like color and black, upstairs and downstairs, Engineering and Payroll, etc. Click OK to complete the sharing setup.
