The good: Classy, ergonomic design; excellent build quality; user-friendly operation; strong music and gaming feature set; powerful speakers.
The bad: Manual swivel; small recessed keys; unspectacular photo quality.
The bottom line: It doesn’t quite match up to the W800i, but a lower price tag and some excellent features make the W550i another quality Walkman mobile.
