The good: Dual 262k-color TFT display; melodious 64-chord ringer; VGA camera with flash; petite form factor; good accessories bundle.
The bad: Quirky messaging system and T9; MMS file size limitation; no infrared; lacks Java support.
The bottom line: While the G500 packs a punch with its remarkable sight and sound, it falls behind the big players in town due to its less-than-stellar implementation.
