Greatest regret
Oct 1, 2008Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: Features PACKED!
Cons: TOTALLY USELESS phone and customer service support !!
Opinion:
Bought for 3 months, went down service centre 3 times and agis office more than 5 times because my phone requires constant reinstallation!! One major problem is unable to make or receive call. first time at service centre, they couldnt explain my problem, got my contact and promise call me after checking with korea HQ, went back a month later because no one contacted me, problem persist after software upgrade, they said will call me after checking with engineers. third time went down they say there is nothing they can do other than software upgrade.emailed their online support with all relevant documents, they ALSO promise to get person in-charge to contact me. THREE MONTHS HAS PASSED AND NOT A SINGLE SOUL CONTACT ME!!! GONNA LEAVE THIS ISSUE TO CASE !!!
Greatest disappointment by samsung ever

Pros: NA
Cons: Unreliable, not user friendly
Opinion:
I bought and have been "using" the phone for about 2 months now. Started off with just frenquent crashes then it finally died on me, within a month's of use no less. I then brought it to customer service at PS and had to put up with poor service and long waiting time. Only after constant enquiring did the phone return to me on 2 weeks time. But it immediately died within a day and I had to bring it back for servicing again. This time it took 1 week. Then it worked for 2 days and now its dead again. No explanation as to why the phone keeps failing was ever given and replacement or full refund was impossible.
All in all, if you have lots of free time to visit customer service and waste your day there, need a phone packed with functions then hangs when used together or just want a phone you will not get ... Read more
Not as good as it seems
Sep 29, 2008Rating: 2 out of 10 (Terrible)
Pros: None
Cons: Poor and incompetent service
Opinion:
I bought the Omnia 5 weeks ago. I used it for 4 weeks without any problem. Then last Monday, it died on me. I could not turn it on. I brought it to the service centre at PS. And it is STILL there. They claim that they could not rectify the trouble and was still fixing it. 8 days and they still could not find the problem. I wanted a replacement Omnia but they claim that they could not give me a new replacement.
Need help URGENT!!
