Incredible Corporate Tool

Pros: Hit the nail squarely on the head
Cons: Longer battery life (>2 days, average use), would be ideal
Opinion:
Had it for a week, riding on Celcom. RIM has got it nearly 100% spot on. Screen is excellent, but the build quality and software package are outstanding. Watch out, Mr IPod...

 

Intuitive, Full function,Beautiful Screen and Great email device

Pros: Screen, Intuitive, Quality, Keyboard, functionality
Cons: Bettery life is worse than other models, Camera is only average
Opinion:
I've been a Blackberry user for many years and just upgraded to the Bold. It is a significant step ahead of any other Blackberry I have used. It finally integrates media and camera but never loses its fundamental design of the best email device available. The media and camera are not great but they are perfectly OK for what I need.

The keyboard is the best handheld keyboard I've used by far. It leaves the iPhone and other Blackberry's far behind. I'm not a fan of the 'trackball' (I prefer the click wheel) but it is easy to get used to and one button basically drives all functions.

It was extremely easy to transfer from a previous Blackberry to this one in only a few minutes. It also has some very well thought out features such as "Bedside" mode, a replaceable SD card, GPS Maps, Video and camera software etc. ... Read more

Pros: Everything......I cant believe it is a Blackberry
Cons: 2MP camera, but hey I never use cell cameras
Opinion:
Roll over Nokia, iPhone and WinMo junk. This device brings office and personal together.

I am not going to do the point to point pro's and con's like I used to, now these days i prefer to shoot it off as it is from my keyboard, so prepare to read if you want honest opinions, M1 brought in alot of this Bold since last Saturday and by Sunday I would tell you its nearly Sold out, people of all ages came by and enquire on this so called PHONE, even when they dont even know what is push mail service, all they know that there is this phone called the BOLD, well what they dont know is that this isn't just any phone its a LIFESTYLE.

This lifestyle is pretty expensive, but its all worth the buy, why ? Let me tell you all the advantages of this phone: first of all what sealed the purchase for me, I was totally blown to bits by its HI-DEF screen, dont believe me go ... Read more

Pros: Better screen resolution as compared to BB 8820, & Slicker bodyline. Greater looking icons :-P
Cons: The camera can do with an upgrade: 2MP is no longer the bare minimum now.
Opinion:
The phone is finally launced by M1 today. It's retailing at SGD$548 with the basic plan (Sunsaver). Yes! Oh, and I have it charging already, can't wait!!! :-)
