Pros: Got everything you need on the go
Cons: You may consider getting another phone for the weekend
Opinion:
I got the HTC U1000 which is the predecessor of the Advantage.

After reading through all the post, I must say that all that speaks against it has place the Advantage and the U1000 in the wrong category.

It is not a handphone per se. It is a super convenient sub-UMPC that does voice calls as well.

Between carrying a UMPC and a phone everyday to do checks on my emails and presentation, I rather have two gadgets combined into one, i.e. the advantage.

But if you are really looking for a super duper gadget in the shape of the normal handphone size? then I can say the screen size of normal handphones do not do justice to the features that it has. Think HTC smartphones or Nokia N95.

Opinion:
This is a great product from HTC, its like a mini laptop at the same time a phone but I believe this defy the very essence of mobile phone. A phone that you can carry with you, can slip into your pocket, comes in handy and sturdy. This is a big chunk.

Its just not my ideal phone, simple as that.

Pros: Weigh less than most notebooks
Cons: Why would you want one?
Opinion:
I've seen these things at retailers. There is no reason I can see to get one. These things are 4 times the size of smartphones, Ok they run Windows but the question is why get one? Here's why i wouldn't?
* They cost a fortune, price range of a high end notebook
* The CPU will leave you with a painful Windows epxerience
* They're neither sub-notebook nor smartphone, so that leaves UMPC, which is totally owned by the eeePC, Wind, Everex, HP and 50 million other brands at a fraction of the cost with a much better keyboard
* There is absolutely no ego factor involved in getting one, nowadays you just look ill-informed
Save your money, get a new phone and a eeePC.

No warranty for the keyboard when you think it should have!

Pros: Crazily powerful, addictive to look at, office, wildly customisable software.
Cons: WM6 is atleast 1-2 years behind its new competitor, the Iphone!
Opinion:
It has got no warranty for the keyboard, mine fail to function after a few months. And they just ask me to buy a new 1, which cost about USD 110!! Now mine has got no keyboard!!And you will lose some function when the keyboard is gone!
