Be prepared for non-existance aftersales service

Pros: Superb Phone with everything and anything you ever need
Cons: O2 aftersales service is, in short, terrible
Opinion:
I had the O2 XDAII mini for the past 2 years without a hitch. Fantastic phone that gave me little (extremely minor) problems.

Then my nightmare started when i could not hear the party calling in. Sent in for repairs and the phone was ok for the next 3 weeks. (Paid $70 for repairs) Next problem was the phone was not able to power off. Sent it in again. Ok for 4 weeks. Same problem resurfaced - sent it in again. Ok for the next 3 weeks but problem popped up again! Mind you - each visit to O2 centre it would be a waiting period of 1.5hrs (for sending in and collecting) - ridiculous.

Now thsi is the 4th 'hospital' visit and the repair tech told me that i have to pay for the same thing that was supposed to be repaired in the 1st place!

No doubt the phone is good but the aftersales ... Read more

When receiving calls or dialling, the reception will have lots of problem!

Cons: Camera in The nights stinks , No WiFi [If u need one]
Opinion:
Its fast and loaded with features only wish it had a Future wit Win 5.0..Good camera outdoors but indoor Nigt shots are really grainy

Phone signal problems

Pros: Good overall package - when it works
Cons: Poor phone signal stability and it hangs
Opinion:
I would be perfectly happy with this gadget if only it worked more reliably. Particularly ,I find my phone signal bugs out sometimes. On occassion it also shows good signal strenght but people who try to call me say they get an "unavailable" message.

I disagree with the multitasking comment--on the contrary, my experience is slow processing. Oh yeah, it also freezes up, I would say every other day.
