The good: Numeric keypad for text input; bundled car kit; many applications included; HSDPA connectivity; convenient power switch; excellent battery life.

The bad: No bundled maps for navigation; ordinary design; shutter lag in camera application.

The bottom line: Though the P750 isn't going to wow most users, it's a decent handheld that's got all the basics right.

great phone - very stable OS, fast gps, long battery life, great design

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: jog wheel is very usful, very long battery life (except when wifi is on)
Cons: vga screen is not enabled; WM6.1 version is not yet available
Opinion:
I purchased the ASUS P750 in April 2008 for HK$4300 and have used it for about three weeks now. I have not had any trouble with the hangs or bugs that another reviewer here reported. SMS, Caller ID, 3G phone (autoswitching to 2G network when necessary) all works seemlessly and very stable (I have not had to do any soft reset in 3 weeks apart from after having to uninstall and reinstall mapking because of a bug in registration int he version that came on cd: mapking resolved the issue by letting me download the latest version of their program). The numeric keypad is definitely a useful design feature and was the reason why this won over the touch cruise or others.

Instead the phone works great - the price I paid included an extra HK$200 for a mapking bundle, which is really useful for gps navigation in my car (it takes a few minutes to ... Read more

Asua P750

Rating: 4 out of 10 (Mediocre)
Pros: Nice phone with all feature I wanted.
Cons: Always hang out of no reasons.
Opinion:
Bought it yesterday and start using it. However, always hang and sometimes do not even know calls are coming in. Call will ring but no vibration at the same time. Hard to hear when you are outdoor.

Ram too small. Only 64. Should made it around 250 and I do not mind pay a bit more for it.

The Best

Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: GPS, Numeric keypad, fast processor, design, great to use
Cons: no HSDPA support for US, not a Quad-band GSM phone
Opinion:
used it for a few days in India...simply loved it...there is nothing about this PDA that one would not like except a few features that would not work in the US.
