CNET Asia Review
Very good
The good: Large storage; doubles as a USB drive; easy drag-and-drop file transfer. 7.5
out of 10View score
The bad: Bulky; Pricey; poor display settings.
The bottom line: The LifeDrive gave a solid performance and more storage space makes it a great companion for mobile professionals.

It would almost make you cry after buying this PDA
Dec 4, 2007Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: Large screen, easy to use
Cons: What would you do with all the pros if it doesn't work
Opinion:
Like I said, you will almost cry, why? because one day this PDA will just hang and would not work anymore. Brought it back to the service center, they said it was a dead set and they would replace it if I pay P6,800. Of coure I did not pay, because this was my second unit already. They replaced my first one which also was full of problems when I was still inside the warranty. There was a large probability the next one will again have problems or worst, dead set after three months. Never buy this PDA, please, for your own sake and of your pocket's
Looks Cool, Works worst.... probably never work

Apr 13, 2006Rating: 1 out of 10 (Abysmal)
Pros: promises the earth - one device to rule them all
Cons: doesn't deliver! crashes repeatedly, laggggggggg!!!
Opinion:
i've had a palm 3x, 5, 5x, m505, t3 and now the lifdrive for the last 15 months or so. BIG mistake!!! i LOVE the palms i've had previously (especially ther t3 - what a thing of beauty!) but the lifedrive just sucks!
it takes FOREVER to reboot, which i have to do at least 3 times a day. it's hard to understand how the memory works (8gb plus a 2gb sd card in mine yet i STILL run out of space ALL the time while having HEAPS of free memory!)
don't buy this brick!! it's heavy, ugly, frustrating and and and!!!!!!
for the first time ever i'm actually seriously considering abandoning palm altogether (think they lost their way whe they followed the t5 development path rather than the BEAUTIFUL t3!) it's SO bad i'm even considering defecting to the evil microsoft and buying a pocket pc device!!!!
stay clear!!!!!
