Be prepared for non-existance aftersales service

Rating: 7 out of 10 (Very good)
Pros: Superb Phone with everything and anything you ever need
Cons: O2 aftersales service is, in short, terrible
Opinion:
I had the O2 XDAII mini for the past 2 years without a hitch. Fantastic phone that gave me little (extremely minor) problems.

Then my nightmare started when i could not hear the party calling in. Sent in for repairs and the phone was ok for the next 3 weeks. (Paid $70 for repairs) Next problem was the phone was not able to power off. Sent it in again. Ok for 4 weeks. Same problem resurfaced - sent it in again. Ok for the next 3 weeks but problem popped up again! Mind you - each visit to O2 centre it would be a waiting period of 1.5hrs (for sending in and collecting) - ridiculous.

Now thsi is the 4th 'hospital' visit and the repair tech told me that i have to pay for the same thing that was supposed to be repaired in the 1st place!

No doubt the phone is good but the aftersales service - what service?
