I purchased a Zircon G88 last December 2004. The phone failed to function after four months and I had to send it to the service center for repair. After servicing, the phone still could not function and I had to send it back the second time in May. Despite being at the service center during operating hours, the door was always closed and I had to make several trips (at least four times) before I could see a service staff to attend to my problem. Once I had tried to call e service ctr before my visit. One of the staff told me it's opened, so i rushed to the ctr before my next biz appointment. Once again it's closed. I called back the same number, the same staff who answered the call told me she was from another company. Not sure why the ctr was closed. Even after the second service, the phone was not able to perform normally and I had to send it for repair the third time. Once again, I made three trips before I saw a service staff to lodge a report as the service center was never opened on time during operating hours. I am truly frustrated and disappointed at the quality of the phone and the aftersales service.
