Flash refuse to fire

Pros: big lcd
Cons: Flash refused to fire, poor support, bulky
Opinion:
Had purchased the camera 1 week prior to my trip. Flash refused to fire immediately on my first day of trip... spoilt my whole holiday... Wrote in to complain... all i get is "They were regret such unfortunate incident has happened to me ... and rest assured that they will fulfil their obligations under the terms and conditions of the warranty". Hallo! How about my ruined holiday? Hope you won't encounter such "unfortunate incident" as me with this camera...
