The bad: No optical zoom in Movie mode; mixed performance.
The bottom line: One of the best slim point-and-shoots available, the Canon Digital Ixus 120 IS nonetheless falls short of greatness in performance and photo quality.

Very disappointed
Sep 13, 2009Rating: 3 out of 10 (Poor)
Pros: Compact, light
Cons: Purple fringing in photos, lousy control, lousy photo quality, shakey video
Opinion:
Bought it at Comex 2009. Weak photo quality, lot of noise, and poor colour reproduction. Really regret buying
