The bad: Uninspiring camera design; shooting specifications not on par with competitors.
The bottom line: If you can forgo the shooter's boring design and lack of HD video recording, the F70EXR has a lot to offer.

pathetic camera
Nov 7, 2009Rating: 2 out of 10 (Terrible)
Pros: some features
Cons: pictures are not sharp, not many modes, picture quality is sad
Opinion:
i purchased this camera after reading many reviews raving about it. i find it a pathetic camera with horrible picture quality. Lots of noise in any mode and pictures are not sharp. Read the manual and tried many different modes. My nikon L18 was better than this. indoor pictures are sad. too bright flash and pictures taken in broad daylight are also not sharp. If you are thinking about buying it... scrap the idea.
A superb camera that is inspire by the human eye

Pros: very intelligent camera. value for money
Cons: should be slimmer
Opinion:
A good camera, a trusted brand.
good quality even in low light
Sep 15, 2009Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: nice pictures in the dark , with no noise for normal eyes
Cons: slighly bulky compare with SONY or Lumix
Opinion:
I was impressed by EXR mode that was plentiful for create image you can't find in any compact camera such as dynamic range for dark side and light side of image mode , low noise mode , high resolution mode. You can even take shallow dept of field to have the looked like DSLR portrait image.
I have tried this F70 for 2 days and liked it so much.
