The bad: Chunky; confusing operations in program/manual mode; lacks wide-angle lens.
The bottom line: This IXUS is a very decent camera for shutterbugs who don't need one with wide-angle lens. The speedy performance and decent pictures undermine the fact that the controls on the shooter can be a bit confusing for newbies.

Till date.. the very best !!
Nov 11, 2008Rating: 10 out of 10 (Perfect)
Pros: picture quality, manual controls, black colour, big pixels, well rounded body, great price
Cons: none
Opinion:
I bough this camera 4 days back and am already in love with it. This is the first time I have used Canon (before Sony, Nikon) and am glad to own one. Shape and size is perfect for me as neither too slim nor to bulky, take great pictures, is less noisy and I was looking for a black colour for quite some time. So if you are a casual clicker, don't go any where else but buy this beauty and that at an affordable price. ($345 + 4 GB card for me)
