The good: Large screen; sleekly understated styling; wide-angle lens; decent pictures.

The bad: Blown-out highlights in high contrast shots, a common compact problem.

The bottom line: Another consummate compact from Casio. Optical image stabilization, a large screen, accessible controls, wideangle lens and decent images are wrapped up in a slick, sturdy package.
