The good: Excellent image-stabilization system; user-friendliness; highly capable automatic mode.

The bad: Images are a little soft.

The bottom line: Another winner from Panasonic. With its wide angle lens, 4x optical zoom and truly accessible design, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS20 joins a lineup that raises the bar for what we can expect from a compact digital camera.
