The bad: Too easy to accidentally click instead of scroll when navigating; no optical zoom in movie capture.
The bottom line: Though the Canon PowerShot SX100 produces excellent photos, other aspects of the camera--some performance issues and operational annoyances, to name two--dim its luster.

Excellent price/performance
May 26, 2008Rating: 9 out of 10 (Spectacular)
Pros: Great clariy and photo even at zoom. With enough lighting, better picture quality than my 400D with more expensive lens.
Cons: dump outlook. high ISO >200 image gets noisy
Opinion:
Simple is better.
Just raw quality picture.
Surprisingly low price and good photo. Outdoor use very recommended
