The bad: Few manual controls; noticeable fringing.
The bottom line: A very good compact camera, the 10-megapixel Canon IXUS 900 nonetheless falls short of its faster, more full-featured, albeit lower-resolution competitors.

Best For Its Price
Jul 23, 2007Rating: 8 out of 10 (Excellent)
Pros: Solid body, Natural Color, Easy To Use
Cons: Pictures a bit on softer side
Opinion:
Tried to get my hands on the IXUS 850, but wasn't available then, checked all the other digicam from Sony ( T10, T100 etc..), Fuji ( Z3,...) this one is the most impressive of the lot with its response, easy to use interface and the pictures without much coloration preserving its natural color. I love its built too, promised to last for at least 2-3 years ( though I don't know whats on my list next year!) Titanium body gives a tough competition to other snappers in its price category. All in all, I'm satisfied though the manual could be a little better categorized.

The Ixus 900 Ti get many great features; it allows to taking very clear pictures anywhere anytime at high standard, outstanding LCD display, colors are solid and 10 MP resolution it's superb, low noise in night images or with almost no ilumination (amazing!). Titanium body make it look original among it competitors. I'm so happy to own this small wonder...!!!
