The good: 2.5-inch LCD that is capable of rotating 270 degrees; separate shutter buttons for photo and videos; stereo microphones; hybrid shooting mode; VGA-quality movie; customizable tunes for slideshow.

The bad: Lethargic zoom function; shallow buttons; chromatic aberration; intermittent lapses and dropped frames during movie playback.

The bottom line: The Cyber-shot M2 will appeal to snapshooters who record more videos and only require basic still image shooting functions.

Pros: Design and Function

This is a good camera if you want something handy that can do both still shoots and MP4 video recording. Find it useful for work and travels. Good buy and reasonably priced.
