Recently I included this to my Sony product family (after I purchased Sony DCR350E/ P910i). I was quite impressed with my friend's DSC-W5, so I bought the DSC-W7 after reviewing Canon, Olympus, Panasonic, Casio brands. I am impressed with its features. With 7MP and carl-zeiss lens, I do not have to worry about picture quality. It is lighter as per its size. Movie quality is very good. I do not need SLR any more (as I was planning for F828) as I can add lens adapter to W7.
