The good: Sleek, fashionable design; swiveling lens; fast performance; easy-to-use interface; PictBridge support.

The bad: No viewfinder or optical zoom; limited manual options; lens cover pops off with little provocation.

The bottom line: The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-U50 brings fashion cameras up a notch with its cool swivel lens design, but we miss the zoom sorely.
