Review Summary

The LX3 is a good camera with an excellent feature set that positions it way beyond any conventional point-and-shoot on the retail shelves today.

The NV24HD is a stunning camera, but the performance is only typical of the usual point-and-shoot.

The TZ7 is a good long zoom compact camera that frequent travelers should consider if they want decent picture quality. A pity it doesn't offer manual exposure control.

There are two good reasons for choosing the Casio Exilim EX-H10 over another long-zoom compacts on the market. One is if you need excellent battery life, and the other is if it turns up cheaper than all the rest.
