And the winners for Mobile Devices are:

Apple iPhone 3G
The good: Offers critical new features including support for high-speed 3G networks, third-party applications, and expanded email; improved call quality is improved; continues to deliver an excellent music and video experience.
The bad: Continues to lack some basic features that are available on even the simplest cell phone; also, we prefer the original iPhone's design.
The bottom line: The iPhone 3G delivers on its promises by adding critical features and sharper performance. The iTunes Apps Store is pretty amazing, and the 3G support is more than welcome. We still have a few gripes, but the iPhone 3G is a big improvement over the original model.

Sony Ericsson W980 Walkman
The good: Solid hinge; well-spaced keypad; Bluetooth stereo; HSDPA; 8GB onboard storage; FM transmitter; decent sound quality.
The bad: Fingerprint magnet; still no onboard 3.5mm audio jack; lacks camera features.
The bottom line: It may not outperform a dedicated music player, but the W980 is a Walkman that's great as a secondary (and fashionable) music device when carrying two players is just not possible.

Nokia 5220 XpressMusic
The good: Decent keypad and ergonomics; dedicated music keys; Bluetooth stereo.
The bad: The front picks up smudges too easily; not compatible with Nokia Music Store for buying tracks.
The bottom line: The Nokia 5220 continues the XpressMusic tradition with dedicated music playback keys and a decent feature set, but we'd rather go for the earlier 5310 which has better build quality. For those want more features, the higher-end 5320 model is a good alternative.
